Group accident insurance (NNW)
In 2007/2008 academic year the accident Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji CIGNA STU S.A. is offering accident insurance with a policy cover of PLN 10 000 and a premium of PLN 36 premium per person. The insurance covers the whole academic year including holidays (365 days, 24 hours) all over the world.
The insurance covers the following benefits, PROTECTION 0-7 OPTION (OPCJA OCHRONA 0-7)
as well as assistance benefits:

As in the previous years, students pay the required premium to year presidents, who are obliged to draw up a list with the following data:

The year president is obliged to hand over the list of persons who take out insurance together with the premiums collected to Ms Ewa Wrzosek (room 307 /1st floor,
BENEFITS for those insured with CIGNA STU S.A.
Payment of the additional premium in the amount of PLN 15,00 enables each Insured Student to receive CIGNA EURO < 26 CARD. The card entitles its holder to discounts (from 5% to 40%) at, among other places, hotels, restaurants, pubs, sports shops, bookshops, cinemas, theatres, clubs and transport companies (trips in Poland and the rest of Europe.)
